Projects

Over the years, I’ve developed a number of projects that have been of personal interest.

  • ChessDrop — A popular online database for storing, analyzing, and optionally sharing your personal chess games. Originally created by my team at Makalu in 2016, it was completely redesigned and redeveloped in 2024.
  • Money for Something — Money for Something is my attempt to summarize—in something that can be read in an hour—the single approach to investing that has reliably led to the growth of wealth for generations.
  • Spacemesh.fyi — Since the project didn’t have one, I created an card-based web app to serve as the ideal first contact with the Spacemesh blockchain project.
  • SmeshWallet — A popular, non-custodial web wallet for the Spacemesh project.
  • Spacemesh Tokenomics — An interactive web app allowing to visually and interactively explore Spacemesh tokenomics and circulating supply over time.
  • Start with Bitcoin — A simple card-based website that’s an ideal place for a person to learn about Bitcoin.
  • SimpleGTD — Getting Things Done™ has always been one of the de facto approaches to productivity. However, something that has proven complicated for many, including myself, lies in its openness to defining “contexts”. After trying many approaches, I landed on a simple, “two-context” approach I’ve stuck with for years.
  • Crypto Email Alerts — Crypto Email Alerts is a web application that allows you to receive email alerts on the movement of crypto prices. Technically it’s still “active”, but it is broken, and I’ve not yet found a Ruby on Rails resource to help me get it fixed.
