GoldMoney, an online service that allows consumers to buy, hold and sell bullion gold, recently announced a series of enhancements, including a debit card that will allow GoldMoney customers to make everyday purchases and cash withdrawals, anywhere in the world, using the gold stored in their accounts.

Yesterday the 2015 Blitz Chess Championship of the Spanish province of Cádiz took place about an hour’s drive down the coast from Marbella. Unlike other provinces, Cadíz allow anyone to participate in their championship, and so a team of us from Marbella traveled down to participate.

This morning, when my wife and I took off on our trail run, I started my exercise timer app. A few hours later, we returned to the starting point, got in the car and drove home. Pulling into the garage, as often happens, I realized that once again Id forgotten to stop the timer at the end of our run.
After years of using Siemens phones at work, I replaced the last phone with this one from Philips—and as a consequence I’m going to lose my hearing.

From the design of recent Garmin products, I’m guessing they fired their UI/UX team and delegated this activity to overseas outsourcing or something. To understand where I’m coming from with that sentiment, let’s fire up the new Garmin Express for Mac app and take a look.
